Shipping Insurers, P&I Clubs

Most ship accidents occur in Ports.

Shipmove's Principal is one of a few people nationally who has been Pilot & Harbour Master in multiple ports.
Add to that an MCA approved Harbour Masters certificate and he can offer a privileged insight into the inner workings of a Harbour; what best practice looks like, and what it doesn't look like.

We also have experience in incident investigation, post incident simulation, pollution prevention and salvage.

Shipping Law Firms

With a wealth of Port Safety Management System experience and Health & Safety Lead Auditor Qualifications we can offer an insight into potential failures in compliance with the Port Marine Safety Code. Failure of which was cited in a recent court judgement.

Have the risks been reduced to "as low as reasonably practicable" has a suitable individual been appointed designated person, have the duty holders received adequate assurance.
